The mediating role of Social Loafing and job insecurity in the effect of organizational forgetfulness on organizational commitment in government organizations

This study was conducted to investigate the mediating role of Social Loafing and job insecurity in impact organizational forgetting on commitment government agencies. For this purpose, for measuring forgetfulness, a questionnaire by Aledo Ruiz et al. (2013), insecurity, Ouyang (2015), social embarrassment employees, using Karadal & Saygin commitment. The standard Allen Meyer (1990) used research distributed among 375 sample statistical population, which are all managers employees governmental organizations Fars province. method descriptive correlational. Structural equation analysis partial least squares (PLS) were answer questions hypotheses Smart-PLS software. results show that has significant negative effect Loafing. also positive Results Organizational Commitment Impact Forgetting with regard Mediation's Role Mediation, but Does Not Confirm Job Insecurity Commitment, Effect Mediating .
